Monorepos & Tags

BuildPulse plays nice with monorepos through build tagging. Build tagging allows you to add tags to BuildPulse uploads - you can then slice and dice by those tags on the dashboard. This is helpful for filtering flaky tests or metrics by service, team, test type, or any other grouping.

Adding Tags​

To add tags, please follow the integration guide for your CI provider.

Filtering by Tags​

  1. Navigate to your repository in the BuildPulse Flaky Test Dashboard
  2. To filter tests by tags, follow the syntax shown on the search box tooltip.
  3. To filter metrics by tags, navigate to the "Metrics" tab. Each chart has a dropdown for filtering by tags (each selection is an OR).
